The licences are issued on the 2nd of November 1903 and on the 18th of November 1904 the factory can start production with 2000 spindle and 120 workers.<\/p>\n

Establishment and keeping of workplaces fills central part among local authorities\u2019 plans, therefore property is given to spinning mill for free, and the road to mill is constructed also for free.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”-1914″ tab_id=”1478259529187-d6bab75c-ef4a”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

During the I. World War the production increases up to 500 employees and 5000 spindles. J\u00e1nos Fiedler and his family constantly develop mechanical and technological level.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”-1978″ tab_id=”1478259579552-17c9caa8-3c2b”][vc_column_text]The mill survives both world wars. The Trianon Threathy cuts off from its natural agricultural producing areas and hits with duties. Between 1929-1923 under world economic crises the family run enterprise transforms into joint-stock company.<\/p>\n

Preparations for upcoming II. World War boosts the industry again. In 1938 already 670 tonns, in 1942 with more than 7000 spindles 895 tonns are produced, employing 1000 workers.<\/p>\n

After the II. World War in March 1948 the factory is nationalized followed by numerous reorganizations.<\/p>\n

Blessed to workers\u2019 and engineers\u2019 creativity and innovative favourities inspite of unfavorable circumstenses numerous technical-technological modifications are introduced to be able to run the old machines and the new ones coming from the socialist countries on adequate level.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”-1992″ tab_id=”1478259607945-715c0de9-5cc0″][vc_column_text]In 1978 the factory works as a flax fibre center too, belonging to it a fibre plant, a weaving mill, a cotton-yarn spinning mill and a furniture boards plant. Five-thousand employees work for BUDA-FLAX Linen Spinning and Weaving Company in 19 plants.<\/p>\n

Difficulties of regime changes two survive from 19 BUDA-FLAX plants, the one in Gy\u0151r, a weaving mill and the other spinning mill in Kom\u00e1rom. After the privatisation both plants go to private ownership. Later the weaving mill in Gy\u0151r is liquidated, so the spinning mill in Kom\u00e1rom remained Hungary\u2019s only one linen establishment.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”-2013″ tab_id=”1478259630753-f61218d9-e73a”][vc_column_text]Several investments take part after privatisation, new certifications and memberships guarantee quality and traceability.<\/p>\n
