At the end of this activity manegement set 4 milestones:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>run out the semi-finished products<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>redundancy payment for employees in full<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>supporting customers, especially strategic partners<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>recultivation of territory<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>In order to fullfill all obligations and perform redundancy payment in 100 % for employees without delay a full copperation was required in the company.<\/h3>\n<h3>All workers of Hungaro-Len Ltd., operators, mechanics, administration and managers had to deliver a quality performance during the closure periode.<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;true&#8221; background_color=&#8221;#eff3f6&#8243; padding_top=&#8221;95&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>The management has planned a responsable schedule for stopping production.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>The plant and shift managers were prepared for the challenge of crisis management,\u00a0 special training series were organized for them.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>All managers and staff were kept informed about the current status and expected situation.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;true&#8221;
